“My son won a bicycle at a raffle and the brakes were not assembled correctly from the moment we brought it home. We called Shore Cycling Sports and they said “no problem bring it on over and we’ll take a look at it”. Within an hour the brakes were calibrated correctly and my son was riding his new bike! “The Tore layout irks me, and it's not my fave brand but I did get a really helpful employee assist there for some items (accessories) that have been on my list for a while. Good deals. Wish they could work better with that layout but it might be challenging. There's a whole half of the store I don't even think I've seen yet!”
“Was a bit disappointed that they didn't have as many models and sizes for their tennis shoes section, since this is the closest Asics store to me in Jersey and it's an hour away from me. But one of the employees recommended two other (non-Asics) stores to go to for tennis shoes. So, I really appreciated that.
Honestly, I feel like there's a huge opportunity for this Asics store to carry more tennis shoe models and wide sizes, as I went to Nike, Adidas, Fila, Lacoste, and Under Armour (I was desperate), and they all didn't carry any tennis shoes.”

“i was just there to consign clothes with my friend, which we always do here. we’ve never had a problem here, and our usual girl bella is always so sweet, and great. today there we’re these two blonde girls, they looked like sisters. they where unbelievably rude to not only me and my friend, but the people checking out as well. they didn’t look like they wanted to be there at all. and where giving us dirty looks as we where shopping around, which they told us to do as “they checked our bags”, which they clearly didn’t because mine wasn’t even opened. they only took sunglasses from my friends bag, which was full of designer brands. it makes me really upset because i love this store and always shop here.”

“I went there looking for hiking boots. No luck. There was a large variety of shoes and boots but I was focused on finding hiking boots so i didn't notice prices. I would go back when the need for shoes hits me though to see if I can find anything in that large selection.”

“My family shops here all the time especially during holidays. The store is clean, organized, and the sales wall always has good finds. I grabbed sneakers for my son and the prices were solid — not marked up, not messy, just easy to shop. Staff was cool, no pressure, and checkout was fast even with the weekend crowd. Reliable spot for holiday shopping or quick grabs. I’d definitely come back.”
