Very easy return. The car was perfect. The rate was very competitive vs normal rentals. Fully insured, brand new, unlimited milage. Loved it”

Although I only have a brief interaction with the staff, they feel like big brothers because there is a sense of familiarity since I rent from this location so often. It’s just nice to know that they make sure the car is thoroughly clean and safe. “The Budget location in Fort Lee New Jersey is excellent. I don't know how budget does it there, I rented from other companies in the area, I always found budget prices considerably more competitive. “I rent from the Westwood, NJ office almost once a week for business. The entire staff in Westwood is always friendly helpful and accomidating all the time. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

“Having to get your car repaired (front bumper replacement) could be really stressful. But when Enterprise made it possible for me to drop off my vehicle at the shop and then they had an Enterprise office personnel pick me up and take me to their office to pick up the rental, it was a wonderful experience. And to top it off, when my car was ready to pick up, all I had to do was bring the rental to the shop (fill the tank up) where Enterprise would pick it up. Seamless. No stress. Yay!!!! Thanks again!”

“This was the EASIEST, most ORGANIZED and EFFICIENT rental process I have had in NYC, EVER! And, I have rented a lot of cars over the past 25 years. I arrived slightly early for my 8am pick up. The office opens at 730am. They opened the front door at 731am. Staff was prepared and ready. Nolan checked me in and apologized that it would take just a few minutes to get me on my way as I have an out of state license (CT). This took about 2 minutes. We were on the street, carside in less than 2 minutes. All the paperwork was automated so it was a simple process. The return was even easier. I pulled in near the garage opening, a staff member was waiting to greet me. Nolan was curbside before I even knew it. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes. Sign me up!
The only reasons I didn't give a 5 Star rating are: 1) The car was 3/4 full of gas when I picked up (note: this is not unique to Enterprise at all) so it's really challenging to return the car with exactly that much gas in it. I ended up, not surprisingly, dropping the car off with more gas than when I picked up. 2) The $300 damage deposit held on my credit card took three days to be credited back. That could be in part due to my credit card company - though they are Citibank. Either way neither company should hold $300 for three days.
Net/net - EXCELLENT - I will go to this location EVERY time I have the chance. Thanks Nolan and team.”
