“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. “I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! “I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

What an absolute pleasure to deal with these three ladies they were all so helpful and so accommodating and soooooo sweet!!!!. “Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
