“Great to have an "on the hook" business in town that's there when you need it. Prices a little higher than the big box stores, but that's to be expected in a privately owned establishment. Money that would otherwise be spent on gas.Workers are very helpful and attentive. Just a caution to you non-smokers with sensitive nostrils. Sometimes the place feels like a big ashtray with tools. And masks don't help.That said, in a pinch, they are an invaluable commodity in the town.”

“I was looking to purchase bottles. I decided to try Airgas after checking out AGL. I called on a Friday and explained what I was looking for (to purchase bottles argon and such...) I drove to location I called (Paterson) and found the parking lot was filled. (Only 2 vehicles) but not parked properly. slid to the side to park somewhat. And the garage door opened. someone purchasing a few propane tanks and a handcart comes out. I was told I cant enter and it was locked and to wait until he was done with these customers. Then was rudely asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to purchase some tanks (argon and such) explained i had called friday before and asked about bottles and he said I could get a better deal on 80lb bottles rather than 60. A nasty reply of "who is he '? I said "whats with the attitude'? Shook my head and I walked away. Then I Drove another 25 mins to Oakland and found a nice man who helped me kindly within 10 mins of my arrival. Step it up in Paterson! If you want business then at least treat people right!”

“once i got there and realized that it was wholesale only, i was about to turn around and leave. i needed to find a replacement hinge for a kitchen cabinet that had been installed in my mother's house 45+ years ago. then i thought, "what do i have to lose?". i went in and waited until the counter guy had helped all the contractors there and then asked him if he could point me to a retail store that might be able to sell me a replacement hinge. he took one look at it and said, "oh yeah, there's a box of old stock over there on the table, take what you need.". no kidding, there were a dozen EXACT same ones in the same color!!! i only took a couple, never know when someone else like me might get lucky enough to walk in there. thanks a million!!”

“I worked primarily with Christy and she was terrific. She was responsive, proactive, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She advised the smart combination of semi-custom and custom cabinetry for my kitchen, mudroom, and laundry room and when I threw her a couple curve balls, asking for features Home Supply had never installed before, she very gamely researched and specified them exactly right. Additionally, the Home Supply installation team was top notch. They were personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They brought a few issues to my attention and were clear in explaining my options so I could make the most informed decision about how to proceed. I would highly recommend the team at Home Supply and will absolutely use them again for my next home renovation.”

“We purchased rather high end bathroom faucets from Henry's when we built our home almost twenty years ago. In recent months the hot water valves began to leak a bit around their bases. Our plumber felt that the best course of action was to replace all four of our faucets with new ones. His feeling was that the high mineral count in our local water would just make the matter worse. We went to Henry's with the intent to purchase all four faucet units. The price approached $3000 for quality faucets. When one of their plumbing sales people heard our story, he suggested just replacing the hot water cartridge and demonstrated the ease of doing so. He suggested we call the plumber back or get a new plumber who should simply replace the hot water cartridges. We contacted our plumber and asked that he try the replacement cartridges first in hopes that it will do the trick. He agreed to do so but felt that the heavy mineral content me have caused the connecting surfaces to become rough and compromise the new cartridges. We decided to take the chance in light of the cost of all new faucets. If it doesn't work out, we will certainly return to Henry's for the four faucet units. I appreciate their honesty.”
