“So. Moooooove In. Let me start by saying we have used Move-In on and off for about the last 8 years. Have had a great experience with them….up until 2 months ago during what seemed to be a change in management. There was some confusion, and undoubtedly, anxiety for us and our most precious belongings. Kurt, the new, owner, listened and worked with us when he took over….it was so reassuring. But then cut to 5 days ago: the first of this month. We were caught trying to move and dealing with the unexpected need to put our sweet 19 year old dog down, all on the 1st of December.TERRY.As much as Kurt, the owner, worked with us, TERRY, the office manager, LISTENED with each phone call or text and helped us to find a way to manage financial difficulties during the most financially difficult time of the year for anyone; the holidays…Guys: Mooove-on stayed true to their name and was dedicated to helping actually be able to Move into our new home when the time came.My wife and I can’t say enough about the service, grace, and understanding we received when we needed it the most. Terry, you’re a doll!! Merry Christmas!”

“I needed a storage unit within 24 hours or less after I found myself in a situation which required me to move my entire apartment in three days. The problem was that it was Christmas Eve and most storage locations I called were closed for the holiday. Neighborhood Storage offered a contactless payment method online, which then sent a gate code to access the property and my rental unit which is behind said gate. The first time we went to unload a packed truck, our gate key didn't work. No one from the customer service could tell me why. They simply sent me a text with my gate code, which was the one I already had. No choice but to turn around and bring it all back home. It was pouring, so it all had to come back in the house too, as the truck wasn't covered. This was a huge setback. However, I contacted the manager listed on Facebook and thankfully she wrote back and gave me her personal gate key. I appreciated this so much I'd like to rate the place 5 stars, but a gate key not working after payment has been made is a pretty huge deal, so I took off 1 star. Ever since then, there hasn't been any issue and I was able to move out in time.”
“I've had my stuff in there for 10+ years. I go in time to time and the building is well maintained. Security has cameras everywhere which was my big thing. I will continue to tell people to come here.”

“Clean well built container.Timely and professional people in every interaction.Helpful website and informative messages such as the one about the space and access needed in the location pod is dropped off.We gutted and renovated a basement where way too much was being stored. We took advantage of the project to reassess what is worth keeping. Now we have a great space for our teens.”

“A do it yourself car wash but it does the job. Your standard options to choose from. I feel like the $2.00 charge lasts longer than other area car washes. It's easy to get in and out, vacuum stations as well. It's been my go to do it yourself car wash for some time and will remain so.”
