“I needed a storage unit within 24 hours or less after I found myself in a situation which required me to move my entire apartment in three days. The problem was that it was Christmas Eve and most storage locations I called were closed for the holiday. Neighborhood Storage offered a contactless payment method online, which then sent a gate code to access the property and my rental unit which is behind said gate. The first time we went to unload a packed truck, our gate key didn't work. No one from the customer service could tell me why. They simply sent me a text with my gate code, which was the one I already had. No choice but to turn around and bring it all back home. It was pouring, so it all had to come back in the house too, as the truck wasn't covered. This was a huge setback. However, I contacted the manager listed on Facebook and thankfully she wrote back and gave me her personal gate key. I appreciated this so much I'd like to rate the place 5 stars, but a gate key not working after payment has been made is a pretty huge deal, so I took off 1 star. Ever since then, there hasn't been any issue and I was able to move out in time.”
“I've had my stuff in there for 10+ years. I go in time to time and the building is well maintained. Security has cameras everywhere which was my big thing. I will continue to tell people to come here.”
“Not the biggest around but definitely one of the friendliest with Estelle, the sweetest little frenchie greeter around! 24/7 access to indoor storage spaces & outdoor storage of "toys" such as boats & our RV. Friendly and helpful staff with easy access about 1/4 mile from the highway.”

“A do it yourself car wash but it does the job. Your standard options to choose from. I feel like the $2.00 charge lasts longer than other area car washes. It's easy to get in and out, vacuum stations as well. It's been my go to do it yourself car wash for some time and will remain so.”

“The movers showed up on time, were very careful with furniture and walls at both locations. They worked in extreme heat and never complained. They showed up on time and got right to work. My move coordinator Mike Murray kept in contact and made sure I was prepared for the move and that everything went smooth on move day. Thank you all for the hard work and professionalism on a hot and rainy day.”
