Not only did he simplify the process but was super friendly throughout. I felt like I was a frustrating customer but Denny didn't waiver on his commitment or attitude in helping me out. Scott was very helpful setting up a difficult trust account for my elderly aunt. Another benefit to this branch location - is they actually have a drive up ATM. I highly recommend this PNC branch

“I visited the Warren branch with my two teenagers to open High School Checking accounts for them. Shilpa Ingale assisted us and was fantastic. As a parent who is trying to instill independence and self-sufficiency in my teens, I loved how she spoke to them, not me, and took this opportunity to talk to them about account safety and the importance of saving and financial goals. I have been a Chase customer for over 20 years, and this was the best customer experience that I have ever had at a branch.”
“The service at this branch is excellent, it's so good that sometimes there's a line.
There are 2 ATM possibilities.
There's one just inside the entrance door, which poses security issues, since everyone entering the bank walks past the ATM, which could eventually expose your data to prying eyes while you do your transaction. Also, there's no place to wait if someone is using the ATM (you have to stand outside or wait in your car).
The other ATM is a drive thru. It's okay during the day, but I would not recommend using the drive thru ATM at night because it's rather isolated behind the bank, crammed between the bank building and a tall fence. The drive thru is not visible from the street, which makes it an easy target for bad actors to rob your money as it comes out of the ATM.”

“Ms. Chantel S was amazing. I was frustrated my card was being declined, so I decided to go to her branch on the way to my destination. I was going on a fishing trip and needed funds. She immediately seen what was going on with my account as I provided her my I.D. lastly she apologized for the inconvenience and bypassed the safety hold on my account. My fishing trip was a success because of she was quick to expedite my needs. Great asset to this branch and company 5 stars. ? ?”
