“I was referred to Ernie by a friend who has used his professional services in several of his properties throughout the years.
Once I described my situation and the work that I was looking for, Ernie explained that the scope of my work was not something his firm would be able to help me with.
I think most contractors would have left it at that and moved on to the next phone call, but not so Ernie.
He began to ask questions relative to my project, trying to get a more complete picture of the elements involved. When I tell you that what ensued was a 30-40 minute conversation wherein I was fully and completely educated as to the various options available to tackle the problems I was having. Mind you, this is after it was clear that his firm would not be able to do the work needed.
I do not believe that there are many professionals in any industry who would give so freely of their time and expertise to help a friend of a friend that he had never met and would not be working with.

“We’ve driven past Just Baths, which is across Route 22 from Watchung Square many times thinking it was small and wouldn’t have enough interesting stuff. But we visited it twice last week and today. We are thrilled with this store. It’s not little. There’s several showers and sinks, plenty of big tiles and small tiles, cabinet doors and granite tops so you can put a sample of a tile next to a sample of a door. next to a wall tile sample and get a good feeling of what the whole room will look like. Both Dan and Kate, who staff the store are knowledgeable and very helpful.”

The store has a little bit of everything, which was perfect on a snow day. Mauricio took the time to explain the difference between rock salt and calcium and even helped load everything into my van.

“We had Superior Kitchen remodel all three of our bathrooms, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations!
From the very beginning, Christine took the time to listen to our ideas and created a design that perfectly reflected our house style and what we want. She worked closely with me every step of the way, helping me select everything from the fixtures, stones, countertops, and backsplash to the mirrors and lighting. She even spend the time to help me select the paint color for each bathrooms and the hallway and family room. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire design process enjoyable.
Because we were away during the most of the renovation, communication was especially important to us. Christine kept us updated with weekly progress reports and photos, giving us complete confidence that everything was on track.
Bill, Jacob, Matt, and Favio and members were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took great pride in their work. The project started in early January and was completed almost exactly on schedule by early March, which we greatly appreciated.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and our three bathrooms turned out even more beautiful than we had imagined.
