“Really wish I could give more stars cause this store absolutely deserves it! I visited this store on 12/8/23 with no intentions of even going there but my car wouldn't start after my visit to another store in the same parking lot. Since the thrift store was closing I went into tractor supply for some help and help got thanks to Danny. He tried to jump my battery for me. no fault on him but it didn't work ( ended up being the dang starter) Every one I know who could pick me up lives in either lives in Union or Middlesex county so about an hour away. But instead of waiting in my car the lovely cashier ( Lauren) Said it was ok to just wait in the store. Which I did. For the record this location is extremely clean and organized. And now I have and extensive knowledge on pretty much everything in the store lol. There was also another gentleman with Danny at the customer counter in the middle of the store who was so kind to me. I unfortunately didn't receive his name. I ended up buying a few things including snacks and just waited it out until my fiancé came. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. And the way this world today can seem like its full of chaos its so nice to know kindness and compassion still exist. Thank you everyone who helped me out that day.”

“I would like to say ty to Chrissy for always going above and beyond for Maison and I !! She is really the only reason y I shop here bc I can easily go to whole pets in morristown and get 30% off every weekend with a coupon they put out every week and I live there .. But u can't always put a price on great customer service ... so it's worth it to me the extra distance and $ . Maison loves her as well and she has been extremely kind to the both of us. Maison is on his 2nd round of chemo from lymphoma it just came back after almost 3yrs sadly ... The sensitivity, love and empathy she shows my dog who I love more than anything is priceless to me ... They have a special bond and I am forever grateful for her ! She is extremely knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction !! So just a little ty to her! TY Chrissy ❤️

“Although I was not able to procure calming meds for my 13 yr old cat due to earthquake stresses, (April 2024) the staff was very knowledgeable to recommend other options.They only carried cbd oil to put on food, she hardly eats when stressed.Only maybe treats!”
