I am so thankful that I found Dr. Rozehzadeh. How did I do that? By looking at all of his fantastic google reviews many years ago. He has the best bedside manner a patient can ask for. Word to the wise, if you can book an appointment online, you will be prioritized and get in and out much quicker ?.”

“Before test go online to their website and print the form make copy of driver license and insurance card,feel the form. Present all paperwork to nurse upon arrival to their parking lot and you will be done with test in no time.”

“Went today to take my mom in for bloodwork. We had an appointment and were taken in on time. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring. I didn’t catch her name, she was Indian. She even wished my mom a happy birthday. These small details matter many times when you go to places like this people are very indifferent. I would highly recommend this location. I loved all her care with my daughters.
She is super careful, patient and had no trouble finding the veins in my daughters' arms.

“Excellent service today, checked in on the app, waited about 5 mins, and was seen by Adam. Super chill guy, friendly and we chatted for the few minutes it took to draw blood. We laughed about impatient people who have apparently review bombed this place. Most reviews like that are total BS. I was in and out in less than 10 mins, and really appreciated a nice conversation and positive attitude so early in the morning.”

“My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.”

“Difficult to find… Note that it is in the basement of the library entrance is at the left rear of the building where you go down multiple stairs. Not sure if it is Accessible at any area. Appointment happened as scheduled by a competent tech. Would definitely go back now that I know where it is.”
“There was a little bit of a wait time since only one person was working (this is a corporate issue, not the worker's faults!) but it really wasn't too long. Gabriela took my blood super quickly, found my veins easily, and attended everyone timely and safely! She was very friendly and kind.”

“I dont know why all the negative results! Myself and my wife go there every 3-4 months and rarely do we wait more than 5 minutes with a total time in and out the door in 15 minutes. I recently realized I could schedule online vs just walking in. And that cut our time down even more especially since we had to change our insurance carrier January 2026. I think people go there without the proper documentation and take it out on the staff. I’ve had nothing but good experience there for the last 6-8 years 5 times per year!!!”
