Won a customer for life. The gentleman at the front cash register was one of the best customer service ever and was a master on the system. Not only that he was able to find me the best way to stretch my dollar even after spending over $100. Great place to shop and get your best bang for the buck!

I bought a mouse at this location today, and within the first half an hour of owning said mouse, she passed away very suddenly. Luckily I hadn’t introduced her to my other mice yet so nothing should be transmitted, but they need to get better quality animals and make sure they’re alright for transport and everything before they’re released. This is heartbreaking, and I’m very upset.

My dog brownie went to take a bath and they got soap in his eye later that day his eye wasn’t opening so we had to take him to the hospital of pets

I brought my very nervous shep for a bath today and Eli and Tina did everything possible to make her comfortable. Athena was treated as if she was their own dog. They’re both knowledgeable and you can tell they love their job. She looks amazing and smells even better. I can’t recommend this location enough

First impression I didn't like how the person there received me. Second impression they didn't cut my dog properly, they left his tail hair long and his ears were hairy on the inside. I suggest that people who don't speak the language Don't go there, there are other places like Petco. I took him there thinking it was equal to or better than Pepco.

They usually have a pretty good selection of fancy feast wet food but sometimes they do not. I see a lot of dead fish in the tanks and it's upsetting.

Made an appt for grooming with Lynn and they canceled it without even contacting me. They double booked appointments at the same time. There was no apology for the inconvenience or anything she just asked if I wanted to make another appt. You shouldn't have online appt options if your gonna book someone else that calls in for the same time.

This place sucks and that's the nicest way to say it. They are terrible and have the worst grooming service. I recommend to keep your pup away from this Pet "Smart" store. It seems like they don't know how to handle a dog and even less interact with one. The ladies at the grooming salon are rude and always have an attitude. In short, just keep your pup away from this store.
