“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”
“This is a gorgeous AX store in Willowbrook mall, everything new and glossy. They have both apparel, accessories, handbags, shoes for men and women. The inventory isn’t as big, but really liked some of the stuff they had. Prices are same as website and other AX stores. The associates are very friendly here, constantly following up with customers while also tidying up the store.”

“Bought many sweaters from this location. There are a wide selection of colors to choose from, more than enough to build a versatile wardrobe for any occasion. The sweaters I purchased were very comfortable and I wore them almost every day.I also bought some sweatpants, which were just as comfortable as the sweaters. Good prices all around, but the clothing is a bit bland. Great for minimalist styles, but if you want to pop out, I would recommend another store, like Uniqlo. The location is unfortunate as it is in what appears to be the least popular wing of Willowbrook Mall, especially since the Sears closed. Still, it's a nice, albeit hidden, place to shop for sweaters and sweats.”
“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”
“I never write Google Reviews, but I needed to give this one girl her flowers. Alisa (really hope I'm spelling that right) was a fantastic sales associate. I was trying to find one product but turns out it was from VS, not PINK, but she offered to order it online for me while I continued shopping. I had come in with a few coupons and she helped me get the best deal possible. So excited about my purchases and definitely gonna come back to this location because of her!”

“This Athleta is DEFINITELY one of the better ones. ALL of the staff is knowledgeable, sincere and enthusiastic about their products. I went back to get help ( yes get help lol!) With two bras I previously bought and was met with smiles and assistance. I ended up buying another item. Positive vibes all around!”
“My daughter had super long legs and a tiny waist, making it almost impossible to find jeans to fit right. There were 2 employees that went above and beyond helpful. They called into the warehouse and searched the entire store for her size. Even though we left empty-handed this was the most helpful, professional store.”

“I was trying to find some last minute outfits for a vacation this weekend, and I found this black jumpsuit that I absolutely loved. My size was the only one missing, so I asked a girl on the floor, Vicky, if they had it in the back. She initially said no but offered other sizes and asked my name. While I was in the fitting room maybe like 10 minutes later, she came in, calling my name, with the size I was looking for. It fit perfectly and I left with it! She was so incredibly sweet during our initial interaction and she went out of her way to find something for me even though I insisted she didn’t need to worry about it. She totally made my day ♡”

“Very clean store with a nice array of men's and women's clothing. I recently bought two pairs of shorts here. One was only 19.95 and I got $10 off my second pair on my return visit because I gave them my email during checkout.

“Went into this location recently and was greeted when I walked in. Then I was greeted by the store manager Kristy who asked me if there was anything my daughter and I were looking for. My daughter is a little smaller side so not many things fit her but Kristy went above in beyond to recommend items to us. She then started a fitting room for us and handed us over to the fitting room associated who also was a tremendous help. We will definitely be back! Not sure what the other reviews are about the customer service was GREAT!”

“This place is clearly under staffed all the time I go there to shop but marija working there handles all the customers really well, fast, and in a smiling professional manner. I had found out she was also covering someone's break time even though she should be done and gone for the day when I had asked her why its such a long busy line and they don't even pay her for covering someone's break. Not only is she really pretty but also a nice person to cover her Coworkers. She should be made a manager or given a raise!”
