personally, i love cotton on. the key is not to expect too much (quality wise). a bit pricey, but they’re one of the few places that offer a 2XS size (and even a 3XS on their website). sexy basics and a wide selection. this location is lightyears better than their NYC flagship.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Also refused to help me with my return although other Cotton On locations have no problem doing so.
