I have bought multiple bags at this location with about 3 different Sales Associates, and I can tell you each and every one of them is an absolute delight to shop with. All of them are extremely kind, and willing to take a little extra time with each customer to ensure they make their perfect purchase. Shopping at this coach isn't only about the bag, it's about the experience. This coach is about an hour from me but I will choose to come to this location over any other every time. Delightful staff! Thank you!

Writing this review to shout out Nazier! Last year, my husband treated me to a birthday gift and Nazier helped me select the Cary handbag, which I love and wear regularly. He often reaches out to inform me of complimentary cleanings; so when I heard the Kisslock was launching, I immediately reached out to get on a waitlist with him.
A day before the launch, he reached out to inform me the bag was going live on the website at noon and it would unfortunately not hit the store. Due to this heads up, I was able to secure the Kisslock in the desired Maple color! Nazier went out of this way to get me my bag, one that I love and will cherish always. Thank you Nazier! I will certainly be back and because of consistent quality products and amazing brand ambassadors, Coach and this location specifically will always have my business!

Katie was friendly and warm from the moment she greeted me. I was immediately drawn to her because of her exceptional customer service. I also told her that I wasn't buying for myself, but for my best friend. I then told her about my best friend's style, and she recommended a few styles along with accessories that would pop the elegance of them. After finding the perfect bag, she wrapped it up perfectly, placed it in a box, added a beautiful bow, and offered me a Valentine's Day card to write a special note. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I will never forget my experience at this location as it has been the best.
Thank you, Katie, for being so fantastic. I look forward to returning in the near future for my next purchase.

Walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and Christina had my Tabby complimentary cleaned with the strap as well in under 30 mins. Excellent customer service and efficient.

Walked into the store earlier today , Manager ( Female) looked at me like I was going too rob the store , Was staring at me and all . Felt very uncomfortable and I still bought something. Overall I love coach but all that extra-ness she was doing was annoying & uncalled for .But the skinny guy with curly hair helped us out and he was very nice.

Great service and beautiful products! I came into the store hoping to find the exact same bag I was wearing that was obviously worn out. Gina was so happy to help me find something similar and literally showed me every possible option. Although I decided to look for my item online I really appreciated how kind and determined she was to help me find what I wanted. If you ever come to this location, ask for Gina, she’s great!
