I am coming from Virginia for shopping to Biens Collection.
The quality of the pieces is outstanding, and the styles are modern, elegant, and chic. Every item feels unique and thoughtfully selected. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful — they really know how to guide you to the right fit and style without being pushy. The store itself is beautifully organized, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable and comfortable.

I was unable to find a particular top and a sales associate offered to look on another floor for me. Yes the top was located. What made the service stand out is because I initially didn't ask for help. She noticed that I was looking for something.”

“Was a little on the fence about going to the store today, was given some misinformation in regards to a clearance purchase I made, and needed to return cause it didn’t fit. For sure need to make sure they are providing the right information. But I Went to the store and had the best experience! I was helped by the store associate Serina, who has become my favorite person ever! She was so sweet, so helpful and she brought out so much confidence in what I was trying on (something I actually struggle with when trying to find pretty things to wear) and really listened to what I was looking for. “If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”
“This is a gorgeous AX store in Willowbrook mall, everything new and glossy. They have both apparel, accessories, handbags, shoes for men and women. The inventory isn’t as big, but really liked some of the stuff they had. Prices are same as website and other AX stores. The associates are very friendly here, constantly following up with customers while also tidying up the store.”
“I had such an outstanding experience at the Express location at Willowbrook Mall. Every single employee I interacted with this past weekend was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service in a retail store. The staff here went above and beyond to make shopping enjoyable and stress-free, and their professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. “Bought many sweaters from this location. There are a wide selection of colors to choose from, more than enough to build a versatile wardrobe for any occasion. The sweaters I purchased were very comfortable and I wore them almost every day.I also bought some sweatpants, which were just as comfortable as the sweaters. Good prices all around, but the clothing is a bit bland. Great for minimalist styles, but if you want to pop out, I would recommend another store, like Uniqlo. The location is unfortunate as it is in what appears to be the least popular wing of Willowbrook Mall, especially since the Sears closed. Still, it's a nice, albeit hidden, place to shop for sweaters and sweats.”
“I went back to school shopping with my nieces on Labor Day… I was so overwhelmed with all the people there and every store was just a mess ! It wasn’t until we walked into Aeropostale and met Stacey ! She was absolutely an angel sent. She helped us with styles, finding sizes and just a happy and amazing person. In today’s generation there’s not many like her.”
“Looking for toddler girls stuff, limited, but variety for girls and boys are fair. Need more selection. Other stores suffer the same issue. I find more on line, BUT,I like the store experience. “I never write Google Reviews, but I needed to give this one girl her flowers. Alisa (really hope I'm spelling that right) was a fantastic sales associate. I was trying to find one product but turns out it was from VS, not PINK, but she offered to order it online for me while I continued shopping. I had come in with a few coupons and she helped me get the best deal possible. So excited about my purchases and definitely gonna come back to this location because of her!”
“This Athleta is DEFINITELY one of the better ones. ALL of the staff is knowledgeable, sincere and enthusiastic about their products. I went back to get help ( yes get help lol!) With two bras I previously bought and was met with smiles and assistance. I ended up buying another item. Positive vibes all around!”
“My daughter had super long legs and a tiny waist, making it almost impossible to find jeans to fit right. There were 2 employees that went above and beyond helpful. They called into the warehouse and searched the entire store for her size. Even though we left empty-handed this was the most helpful, professional store.”
“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

“Upon our recent visit to this location we were very pleasantly surprised to have every associate greet us as we walked through the store!I would also like to add that the greetings that were given to us were polite and freely given. “Very clean store with a nice array of men's and women's clothing. I recently bought two pairs of shorts here. One was only 19.95 and I got $10 off my second pair on my return visit because I gave them my email during checkout.
The employees were very friendly and approachable. Overall a great experience shopping here. .”

“I’m not one to leave reviews, but after my pleasant experience with Brianna tonight, I felt it was much needed. I struggle terribly with finding the perfect fit of Jean shorts. I had gone into several stores before stopping into American eagle. Brianna saw me looking flustered and asked me what I needed help finding. She LISTENED and DELIVEREDDDD. The most helpful person I have ever encountered in this store by far. She was bringing me all sorts of styles and figuring out my size with me and listened and noticed all of my concerns. “Went into this location recently and was greeted when I walked in. Then I was greeted by the store manager Kristy who asked me if there was anything my daughter and I were looking for. My daughter is a little smaller side so not many things fit her but Kristy went above in beyond to recommend items to us. She then started a fitting room for us and handed us over to the fitting room associated who also was a tremendous help. We will definitely be back! Not sure what the other reviews are about the customer service was GREAT!”
