“Zales, you and I have a relationship. The Wayne location is where I purchased my Wife anniversary ring. I spoke with Mohammed on the phone about the ring I was looking for. He told me we have it in stock. What size do you need I said 10 he replied okay. I told him I will be there in 30 minutes. Once there I went right to him told him we spoke on the phone. He showed us the ring he put it on my Wife's finger an it fit perfect. Mohammed said ah and you said 10 the ring is a 7. Well this is why he is the professional an I am the buyer lol. Excellent service beautiful inventory Zales is awesome.Today Wife and I go to Zales to get her rings cleaned. Wife an our Jeweler I apologize I didn't get her name cause she and Wife were talking. Rings popped after cleaning and now it's time for me to get a new ring. I am on my phone looking cause I know which one I want. I am not into flashy stuff the ring comes in 1/4, 1/2 & 1ct. 1ct is way way too fancy for me. 1/2 is nice but I don't take off my ring so too nice to work in. 1/4 is not too flashy it is perfect for me. Of course I tried them all on an our Jeweler said nice choice.Zales you must send your team to school because I never had a bad experience. Wayne location I am starting to think it's my go to location. I say this because I been to this location more than any other Zales. I have a Zales here in Rockaway but I go to Wayne must be the staff definitely 5 star treatment.”

“Natalie, manager, is professional, friendly and intelligent. Her customer service skills are exceptional!! She investigated the following problem successfully and I am a satisfied customer. Natalie is an asset to Swarovski and wonderful manager.Problem:I purchased crystal earrings 2 weeks ago the girl gift wrapped and provided a store bag. I waited my turn to pay maintaining 6’ away. Two weeks later, on my daughter’s 20th Birthday “no earrings” in the box. Absolutely disappointed and confused.”

“I have been at this location a few times before. Always good costumer service and the jewelry is very cute different and unique. Today I went with my daughter and she wanted to get her ears pierced. The manager Jocelyn did it for her and I must say that she was super professional and very pleasant she explained the after care in detail also she made sure that the station was clean and made sure that my daughter and I were satisfied with the markings before piercing her ears and overall took her time.
