“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”
“Looking for toddler girls stuff, limited, but variety for girls and boys are fair. Need more selection. Other stores suffer the same issue. I find more on line, BUT,I like the store experience. “Jonny is an unexpected surprise here, I went into willowbrook worried if I’d find anything that fits me that I like, and happened to see this store right as I walked into the mall, and Jonny within a minute had a full suit in my hands that I was in love with and to my surprise, fit me perfectly. I ended up buying a shirt as well as some dress shoes that made me come home and retire my last pair instantly. Jonny just kept nailing the sizes for everything I needed. Would come here just for Jonny’s service again, that man is a master at his craft and will get you what you need faster than calling 911. Thank you Jonny!”
“I went to Abercrombie to find an outfit for a night out. Carolina was incredibly kind and noticed I needed help. She picked out a number of jeans for me and tops to go with it. I tried things on for about a half hour while she kept bringing new sizes/styles. She really went out of her way to help me and I appreciated it so much.”

“I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”
