Customer service can be amazing, with staff noted as patient and helpful, especially with returns and using the app. However, there is frequently a long line at the registers, with often only one open despite others being available, which can make the wait frustrating.
Unbelievably bad experience at Zara Willowbrook Mall.. wore my new baggy black pants one time, ripped up the back (defective) and no return or exchange from the store manager. Zero help. I always thought Zara is a great store until I picked my online order… I couldn’t believe how someone could pack and ship something like this to a client! So unprofessional!!!!
