“We came here for my daughter’s first pair of shoes. The staff was super friendly and eager to help from the moment we walked in. Joanna is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to assist us. She measured my daughter’s foot, helped us get her shoes on (which can be a challenge with a 14 month old), and gave us advice on which shoes we should get/why some pairs may be better than others. You can tell that she truly cares. My daughter has not wanted to stop walking since her new comfortable shoes!!! So happy! We are truly thankful for the experience that Joanna provided and we will certainly be coming back for future pairs! Thank you so much, Joanna.”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”

“Came to get Halloween PJs but they weren't out on the floor yet. When I asked a saleswoman I got the best service I could ever ask for.
Shea definitely went above and beyond! She said they just got their Halloween shipment but looked for the sizes we needed then since they didn't show up in stock was sweet enough to roll out the entire rack for us to look at to see if something else would work. She also offered to order what we needed but were only in town for a day.”

“Walking into the store I immediately fell in love with the energy! And it was all due to Zy'heem Downey. He greeted me with such a marvelous attitude that made me pause my podcast that I was previously listening to just to engage in conversation with him, he intrigued me instantly with his character. His recommendations were PERFECT. Overall I felt as though I was shopping with my best friend. He made the Steve Madden experience alive again! I love it, felt like back in high school shopping around with my friends in the mall. He knew every show by name without hesitation and knew exactly what size recommendations were perfect because I am nearly one week later and insanely obsessed with the pair he suggested to me. “Love this store and brand. I went to DSW shoes and walked around confused and found nothing to buy. I came here and I’m leaving with four pairs and there were others I would get as well but you can’t have everything. “I have never had better customer service at a retail store in my life. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location to everyone. The employees working on January 21st deserve a raise. Came into the store a little overwhelmed with my five-month-old goddaughter as she just got done crying. All employees said hello the second I walked in the store. I went straight to the counter needing an exchange, I wasn't even there for 30 seconds before an employee came to assist me. Instead of point out where the items were in the store he asked the sizes I needed and brought everything directly to me as he can tell I was flustered. Another employee was helping me with shoes and instead of telling me he didn't have the size I needed he brought out the half size up and down that he had in store. (Which I then bought) Overall my experience at this location was so amazing that I will make sure to drive out of my way to come back. Thank you for making my day!”
“First off I must say the staff was very helpful. Hector, helped me in a very big way. I was looking for comfortable slippers since I had recent ankle surgery. He informed me Ugg's slippers (the one I was looking for) weren't in season. He searched his inventory for something to fit. Thankfully he had a return and they fit so well! Traveled about 30 minutes just to hop into the store to buy them! I'm so happy with their helpful staff and would love to visit again!”
