“I was helped by two gentlemen, one was a trainer and one was the trainee. I think one of them was named Cody. Both were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I was able to get very clear explanation of the process and what was happening and how all this works with the DMV, etc because of the training. It was interesting to learn about the different states and laws. They apologized for taking longer than normal with the training, and I appreciate them recognizing it, but waiting is much more manageable when the representatives communicate and let you know what to expect - which they both did from beginning to end. Very good job. I have never been to CarMax or any company like it before, but I will definitely come back when I want to buy.”
