I had a very disappointing experience at the Wayne postal office. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant, showing no interest in helping customers. Their attitude made the whole process frustrating and unpleasant. Customer service here is absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. I hope management takes action to improve the way they treat people.

I’m giving an employee named DONNA the 5 stars. Spoke to her on the phone. She was super kind, professional and respectful.

The dark haired woman I dealt with while trying to apply for a passport is the rudest, most unprofessional people Ive had to deal with.

I can only say good things about the people who work in this post office on Pompton Plains Crossroad in Wayne, NJ. On several occasions I needed to contact this post office to track down lost packages that were sent to me from international locations. The most recent time it was due to the sender putting an incorrect zip code on the package. Each time the people I spoke with at this post office were incredibly helpful. They clearly cared about finding my lost packages and getting them delivered to me. They were always available when I called on the phone (which hardly ever happens nowadays even with big companies), and they called me when they had updated information. And every time they found my lost packages and had them delivered to me. I don't understand why others have given low ratings to this post office. I think the people there are fantastic!

I would give it a zero if I had the chance. Every time I go in there is an incredibly rude woman working. Today, Grace, basically threw out a woman and her children trying to get information on passports.

I went and told the old woman that I had a shipping label and questions and she said she got it and had us out quickly but now that pikachu ex card got taken by the buyer since I didn’t have tracking and eBay took an additional $60 from me so im now missing $450 because of her lack of caring and communication.
I believe it’s bc we’re both Chinese but I know older Chinese women have a tendency to feel upity because I’m American born. I worked at a bank I know how it is but the lack of questions and dismissal in her voice towards my (sold for $390 card) now has me missing the card, the money I was owed, and an extra $60 for taxes I wish I never came here and would never trust most post offices again as this was my first and only piece of mail I’ve ever tried sending.
I’m more than upset and need you to do something about your workers thinking they’re better just because they’re government protected. Old people have no business not learning the new rules just because they’ve been there for years, it disgusts me how I was treated and I see others hate this place too. If you’re going to be hags at least be nice or do you job right I wouldn’t complain if one of those were at least met.
The buyer said he never got the card, maybe she never sent it out because I’m rereading some other peoples reviews and it seems she and the others have that issue. If he actually never got the Pokémon card then I should go in and complain because how in the hell are you not sending mail you’re a damn post office?! Yet your workers are actually like congress and past their prime yet still arrogant enough to keep your jobs (yet not do it well?) because surprise surprise, we need these jobs and everyone knows that but these lazy people actually should be doing easier things, not handling people’s mail. It’s too important for people like them to keep messing up this badly, you all need to change or reprimand them for causing such inconvenience and not listening to these reviews.

Very poor service. Agent had me fill out a form and never processed it. She added no value what so ever. Although pleasant about it.

I had a terrible experience the public employee was super rude and very unprofessional with an attitude. She has no manners at all. If you hate your job that much you should just quit.

Rude, unintelligible, and they never make eye contact here. They also don’t follow the script USPS employees are supposed to follow.

Sent my package to the wrong country. Took $70 for shipping and lost a $200 package, all had to be paid by me. And all they can say is sorry we made a mistake. Pathetic

One of the worst post offices I've been to, the employees have no manners what so ever and do not know how to speak to people, and they are just straight up rude and don't know what they're doing most of the time. Would not recommend going here.
