Grace was very unfriendly and rude when I asked for a couple of books if stamps . She also pressed the green review button herself before I could press the red button for poor service. She was rude to the customer before me too. Someone tell her to be more accommodating and smile a little.

2 tellers. Both helping passport applicants. 7 people standing in line to conduct actual US mail business. I even had a pre paid label. Waited 15 min finally left. And I was next in line. Horrible place. Unless your getting a passport renewed
