The staff is extremely rude and the old lady at the register is also extremely rude. Always something at this location. Can’t even do a return/exchange. This location sucks.

I went to return dresses I had bought the other weekend and I was having trouble finding my receipt. The person helping me at the register was so patient and helpful! We had tried so many ways to get the receipt and they didn’t work, but with one last effort they were able to help find it on the app (def recommend to download it!). I felt really bad for holding up the line, but I really appreciate all the help! 💗

I got an item that had %70 tag on it. Waited in the cashier line for 30 minutes. Then they said the discount is not seen in their screen and I have to pay the full price. The manager Daniela said she cant do anything. She didnt even apologize for their mistake. Dont waste your time in this store, go somewhere else.

On July 17, I was verbally abused and physically threatened by the store manager at Zara Willowbrook Mall. She cursed at me, raised her hands like she was about to hit me, and called security to throw me out — all in front of cameras. I filed a complaint, but Zara has ignored it. I felt unsafe and deeply disrespected. This behavior is disgraceful.

Very very racist experience today this is the email I wrote to cooperate as well as the person who poorly serviced me today.
Hello, I am reaching out to express my concerns on the customer service displayed by one of Zara’s Managers in your Willow brook mall, Wayne, NJ location. I want to start by saying I spend a lot of my time and hard earned money in Zara’s for my child and I. Today I only went in to purchase a $12 t shirt for a very specific even, while purchasing that t shirt I was giving the worst and most racist customer service experience from someone who was allegedly the manager on shift today. During my purchase she attempted to put my money on the county VS putting it directly in my hand the way I gave it to her. I put my hand out so she can give it back the same way she received it. She then proceeded to SLIDE my bag to me laying flat and side ways on counter vs picking it up and handing it to me I let her know that I didn’t appreciate that and she should hand me my bag not slide it to me her response was “yeah yeah maybe next time” I was not okay with that response so I proceeded to walk out but it was so heavy on my heart I turned around and requested a manager a few minutes later she came saying she was the manager I asked for her name she told me she’s not giving it to me and walked away. Luckily I was able to snap a photo of her which she did see me take. After I took the photo she chased me out the store alll the way to the exit of the mall as I ignored her I will be attaching the photo. I am asking that Zara’s have a conversation with her as this could have escalated further I felt very threatened and targeted today during my one purchase shopping trip at Zara’s today. The lady in the blue had nothing to do with this incident today I would love to make that very clear.

Horrible store. Don’t shop here. They do not take returns after 30 days even if tags are on, have receipt . Even if it is one day.
