“Took my friend here for a birthday drink in the upstairs lounge. Reservation process was easy. Service was fantastic and friendly. Top notch vibes and cigar selection. Server was able to answer all questions and accommodate drink requests. Located in Financial District, so public transport, walking, or taxi recommended. Parking will be very difficult-expensive in a garage. Close to other downtown locations if visiting from out of town. Highly recommend.”

They are very knowledgeable in their products and in their services not only are they knowledgeable they are very professional and very respectful with anybody that comes through those doors they do not discriminate, nor do they disregard anybody they don’t look at them as customers rather than as family, they socialize with their customers and they help them out by giving them discounts. Of course if you know them and if they know you well, not only do they sell, but sometimes you can just talk to them and they are very opening. The owner is an amazing person. He’s very humble and very outgoing, there is a gentleman by the name of blue who is very professional and very friendly and is accepting with his customers. His work skills are phenomenal. I do recommend going to this place rather than any other to go buy your products. “A few months back I was in the area to attend-- okay, to perform-- a friend's wedding. We were staying at the hotel above this place and I decided to go in and boy am I glad I did. The humidor was excellent. I could tell from the moment I stepped in that it was a real humidor that was under great care. The sticks were of a nice variety and seemingly well kept. Since it was some months back, I don't remember what I smoked. But I remember it was a good stick and the coffee I had with it was amazing, too. I had the guest experience (since I'm not a member); everyone on staff was friendly (and quite lovely, I must say). Suffice it to say, I am STILL talking about this place and really considering making the two-and-a-half-hour drive down just to enjoy a stick. If that's not serious, I don't know what is. Have you been here yet? If not, what the hell are you waiting for? DOooooooo iiiiiiitttt!”
