“Alex at the counter was efficient and polite. The young man outside was equally nice. The car itself was clean and functioned just fine. It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the return location as I had never rented from Alamo before, but once you see how it works it's quite easy to return a vehicle. The attendant who checked the car back in was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver was super nice and made sure everyone got off at the right terminal. Would definitely rent from these guys again.”

“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“I reserved a luxury sedan online, and did the pre-booking. Everything seemed so nice and easy until I got a call later in the day saying that they did not have the car that I had already reserved. That was very lame. I still decided to rent a nice SUV, and that went smoothly. A HUGE shout out to Sally at the Washington Street location. She made the pickup and drop-off process super easy. She was very professional and with a smile, she was very knowledgeable, and she took care to provide the best service. She should be a manager, in my opinion. She was just that good. 5 stars to Sally. 3.5 stars to Enterprise as a whole.”

“Spectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.”

“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

“Not every site is the same but this specific location of Enterprise is the only rental company who CONSISTENTLY provides excellent service and clean rental vehicles. I say this because I have been renting vehicles for over 10 years now many states different companies. Eric, Mauri and Kevin helped me during my last 2 visits and wow they are an amazing team. They call me during appropriate times and always display professionalism. They answer all my questions have a positive attitude and make me feel comfortable every time I walk in. I am renting again from them and I feel safe and at easy knowing they will help take care of all of my rental vehicle needs. I would recommend them to my own grandma and she's tough to please. They deserve recognition for the amazing services they are providing and I hope they know that I am appreciative of it. I work hard for my money and for my personal time, the last thing I want is headaches getting a rental and I can guarantee you won't find that here. Thanks a lot everyone!”
