“Mark from essington location is amazing. I had an issue with the rolling door of one of the trucks and it was taken care of immediately. Today 08/19/2026 I noticed the registrations of truck were expired 1 call to mark and I had them emailed to me in minutes. Nothing but good things about mark. Amazing gentleman. Thanks mark.

I am not sure of her name nut she was very nice, patient and she knew her job. She explained everything to me and had me on the in the rruck in a timely manner. “Absolutely no complaints. I provided necessary info ahead of time via email, arrived Sunday morning just before 9 a.m., and was on the road by 9:15 (one customer ahead of me). Gas gauge was marked at 7/8 on contract, but was probably closer to 3/4. I returned it with 3/4, and was not charged for anything extra. All 3 employees I dealt with on both ends of the transaction were, if not overtly friendly, appropriately professional. Would definitely use again”

“Jubei B did a great job. He helped over 10 people within a few minutes by himself. Someone no called no showed on him and he did a great job and was patient. I saw him around 830 handling the trucks and once done ran to store to open. Give him a raise ASAP”
“Although this is a very small Uhaul, the service was exceptional. The gentleman who helped us was very thorough. After leaving the facility, we noticed an issue with the truck tire and called to see what to do.
This gentleman addressed the issue immediately and within minutes we were in a different vehicle up the road.
Where we ended up getting the truck, what's a much larger U-Haul facility. That was fine. That being said, if I had to do it again I would still give my business to this gentleman”

“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

“This is not your average U-Haul location. I am not sure if this is a blessing or a curse. They did not have a hitch to sell or rent to us so we had to go to the local Pep Boys to purchase one. That U-Haul representative is not on site so we had to call from the mechanics cell phone once we arrived to complete the rental information. Beyond that, everything went well. The moving trailer we were renting was available and the gentleman hooked it up for us without any problems. We will rent from them again no questions.”
