“I have to say, I was disappointed with how long I had to wait for the shuttle to take me to my terminal. However, the young lady working the weekend night shift completely made up for it with her outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name, but she was working Saturday the 15th at around 3:30 AM.
She truly went above and beyond to help the customers and was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Please give this employee the recognition she deserves, she definitely deserves an award for Best Customer Service!”

“The staff at Alamo are always friendly and helpful even at 2AM. We bypass the sesk and go straight to our rental. It’s a breeze getting on our way, even after a red eye.
Returning is also super easy.
And, I’ve yet to find a better deal. We will always use Alamo when visiting Philadelphia.”

“This location is INCREDIBLE! I was in the process of car shopping and had to pay out of pocket for a rental after the insurance company stopped paying. The prices are absolutely the best in the business, the cars are the newest and they are spotless! This location will be my go to for all my future needs as the process is not long drawn out waiting hassle its a simple in and out less then 15 minutes and your in a beautiful car n back on the road! The staff is extremely courteous and very sympathetic to any situation making sure the customer is never inconvenienced in anyway! Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
