“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”

She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. “This post office was a little hard to see at first bc it’s in the plaza and they are normally stand alone buildings. It’s in Hartner Plaza if anyone needs the directions. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Not your typical post office. The location is convenient and I highly recommend!”

Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. Wasn’t a huge fan of the one male post office clerk that skips through the payment screens when I’m trying to decide how quickly my package gets sent out. I felt it was rushy and rude. He seemed bothered and impatient. Other than that, this is my go-to post office for convenience.”
“I don't send a lot of mail so I'm very unfamiliar with how the process works. So when I get in the post office, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but the customer service here is great. “No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”

“We had to submit a passport application and could not make an appointment. The staff at the office graciously agreed to process our application. They were patient, meticulous, and kind.
