“This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has something that they hold dear and near their hearts , that needs to be shipped and handled with care !! Call Navis , They are literally the best !!!! “I went in to get a box of copy paper but I have a back injury so I couldn’t carry it. An employee offered help - his name was Chad- and helped me bring it to the front and check out. When he realized the discount didn’t apply because I had to spend a certain amount, he suggested another paper, carried that one back and brought the new one, and then helped me carry it out to my car !! (It was really heavy!) Not often you get someone so helpful and friendly. Thanks, Chad!”

“I reserved PO box for this location online. I went on Saturday June 6 to pick up the key. I forgot to print my online application. My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.”
“I wanted to say that for the last 14 years I've been going to UPS Store on Springdale Rd. Since the Springdale Rd UPS store was sold about a year or so ago, their rates have jumped up considerably. I asked why, and the employee told me their rates go up every January. I have always used the UPS estimator and its always within a dollar more or less. However, the Springdale UPS Store is alway $5 to $10 more then the estimate that UPS gives you online. I got tired of them over charging me everytime I went in with a package. I have a small craft business and every
dollar counts. I thought I'd give the Chewslanding Rd. UPS a try. We'll I was pleasantly surprised, what do you know, everytime I've gone to Chewslanding Rd. UPS store they have either met the same UPS estimate or was less than the estimate. Thank you for not taking advantage of your customers. From now on UPS Chewslanding Rd. Store is where we will be doing all our shipping. Thank you, Debbie
Today I visited the chewslanding UPS store and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Kaitlyn waited on me and was pleasant and very helpful. I will never go back to the Springdale Rd UPS. They are overcharging their customers and should be ashamed, especially with all the high cost these days it's nice to know that at the UPS store on chewslanding rd Clementon they are keeping their prices reasonable & honest! “Good evening Google family. I visited to make copies after my incredible workout ? at the Edge Fiitness club in Cherry ? Hill. I liked that the copy machines are self serviced, but of course you can ask for assistance if needed. I was in and out super fast. I loved that. They have more than one copy machine. A big place. A Staples associate greeted me today and I thought that was super nice. Good night Family and don't forget to workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.
An update to the previous review: I visited on Dr. Martin Luther King's actual birthday, which is today. Venessa, who is the Print and Marketing Production Supervisor, assisted me with my questions. I wanted to know about products utilizing my logo and Venessa explained, showing me on the computer how I could access the website at home and select my Staples products and services. Also I could have selected the products right there on the self serve computer that they had, which was sitting right beside me. I received good, valuable and helpful information from Venessa. I will access the website on my laptop and select the services and products that I need. I had a good experience here today. I was happy that my questions were answered. Now its full stream ahead!!! Have a good night, workout and be active and mobile especially for people over 50 years of age.”

He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location.
