“Welp, glad our customers chose these guys. Everyone of the 16footers that were ordered weren't beat up(other places there would always be 3 or 4 roughed up) which was awesome to have. Pick up was easy, The Staff in the front office aswell as the heavy lifters in the warehouse were Great! 1st impressions do make a difference. “Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills.Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

“Lately, due to COVID-19, this Lowe's has been exceptionally busy leading to long lines (today I waited over 30 minutes to make a return) and annoyed customer service representatives. While waiting in line to pick up an online order today, I witnessed Kim, a customer service representative belittle and disrespect customers. Between her negative attitude (I.e. saying "these customers can wait all day") and demanding comments, she was far from pleasant. I completely understand how stressful her job must be, especially given today's current environment, but it was quite frustrating to witness her treat people with disrespect. HOWEVER, there was a redeeming moment. Ed, another customer service went out of his way to assist me after seeing me disappointed after a portion of my online pick up order was missing. Ed was courteous and delightful to speak with. He also exhausted every resource to find my missing order and find a quick solution! Thank you so much Ed! I look forward to seeing you around during future visits.”

“I've never had a problem at this location but the last two visits have been so pleasant that i felt compelled to write a review. Not much to say except that i had zero issues picking up an online order, none with processing a return and none while doing other miscellaneous shopping. Most importantly every employee i encountered was friendly and happy to help.”
