Purchased a gorilla ladder late in the evening and had a very pleasant check out experienced by a very nice young white lady. My return experience 2 weeks later was not as pleasant.

Earnest and Dan went out of there way to assist with product selection, lifting sheet rock and check out. They ensured we had assistance loading the product into our trailor. Bravo for the Berlin, NJ Hone Depot team!

The store is good but the employees don't really know how to help. The employees have no clue what is really in the store I was looking for snap blades they said they didn't have them.
