Christina was very patient with me and very helpful and in fact, help me find the exact shape that I was looking for that I could not find at a different store. Without her help, I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten my project done in time. Give this girl a raise lol!!!!!”

“I can't say enough how happy we are with All Marble Granite & Tile. If you are looking for quality products AND great service you must check them out. We came to them with only a rough idea on what we wanted to do with our kitchen. We met with Assad and he spent hours with us to narrow down our options. He then made apppointments for us to visit near by showrooms to look at full slabs of granite that matched our design preference. After visiting a few showrooms we made our choice. We met with Assad again and he shared his years of experience to help us choose a backdrop tile, grout color and edge trim. When you make this type of investment it is so helpful to get the perspective of a expert, not just a salesman. Assad has a good eye for this type of stuff and was very honest with his feedback. When the team came to our home to measure they offered additional design options - truly nice people! We absolutely love our new kitchen and are so happy with the design, color and installation. The job was finished on time as promised. We would certainly use them again.”

“Wow! Just received the best customer service from Randy. He saw my carrying my sleeping baby and without hesitation help me put a 40 pound bag of pellets in my cart. Not only that he pushed the cart up the the register for me. Awesome job Randy and thank you again for your help. “I was visiting sicklerville lowes because it is closer to my house and I was helped by a wonderful young man named Dave. I had a little trouble with the item I bought and he returned it for me and suggested a better one! He mentioned surveys but I can’t figure it out without my grandson. I want to say that he is one of the nicest young workers I have encountered in the establishment. We need more people like him from that generation. I am hopeful that any future problems get solved with Dave since he is so patient and knowledgeable.”

“THERE IS ONLY ONE REASON THIS REVIEW HAS 5 STARS! That reason is Tonya. We went through a lot with the delivery of a GE washer and dryer. Technically, it wasn't Home Depot's fault; it was GE's delivery service. BUT! With that being said, I bought the washer and dryer from Home Depot, so it was their job to make it right. After three attempts, Tonya got it done! Thank you! You are a model employee of Home Depot!!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

Mei, the store manager, intervened to resolved the issue and made arrangements to have the blower delivered to our home free of charge to compensate us for the mix up. Thank you Mei. As soon as you walk in, there are people asking you if you need help. You don't have to chase somebody down for assistance. AND, everyone is super knowledgable. It really is the best Home Depot I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot of them.”

Her co workers on the other hand could use a class in customer service and profession demeanor.
