“Wow!!!!as soon as I walked in I was assisted by a beautiful lady named April … when I say customer service was exceptional I mean exceptional idk if corporate reads the reviews but April needs to be placed in Management I mean I’m so blown away and I don’t place reviews much however when I do it’s because service wasn’t that good but this is one of the few times that I was so blown away with joy from great service that I had to”

“Wendy and her team are so talented! They clearly have a ton of experience with weddings and helped us select the right outfit options for the men in our wedding party. They know what they’re doing! They had great communication, reasonable prices, and were even able to work with some folks that lived out of town. Pickup and returns were super easy, and they even have the equipment and ability to do last minute alterations on-the-spot, which was really reassuring (and they didn’t even have to make any last-minute alterations!) They are the place to go if you want your groomsmen to look absolutely amazing.”

“The team at Ernesto are simply amazing. I came in for a custom suit for my wedding in Italy this past summer. They pointed me in the right direction every step of the way to get me a suit that would make me feel like a million bucks, and comfortable throughout an Italian summer day. I highly recommend them for any occasion to get a one-of-one suit that fits you perfectly.”

“I went into the DXL recently and received excellent customer service from Blossom. She helped me coordinate colors of shirts to match different style pants that I have. I'm grateful that they have my size 6 XL. I was able to get a good number of different color and style shirts at a really decent price. I will definitely go back to roundout my wardrobe. Hopefully a size smaller!”

“Team effort finding the pants I need for work. Happy to have a welcoming home store with a company that knows how working, muscled (or curvy) women clothes should fit - at a great price! Eager to fill the pockets with rod and layout tools without compromising the ability to move around or needing to hike them up under my belt. Great service, great product, great price. Salute!”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. Cashier ID # 00632457, I hope that is your actual ID number, that you somehow see this as well as your store and bosses, because you made what started out as a rough day for me, into a much better one! The really tall guy you helped today is extremely grateful! Thanks so much!”

“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”

“I’ve been shopping for Lucky jeans and Lucky T-shirts and Lucky clothes since I lived in Los Angeles when one of their first stores opened to this day. I still only wear lucky clothes. They are the best. Their genes have lasted 35 years so far for me, including their shirts. This store is amazing, the help is kind and they try to help you as best they can and better than any other place to shop there.”

“I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”

“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”

“Even though they did not have what we were looking for. The sales clerk overheard our conversation and offered to look the item up. He found it, and we decided to have it orderd and ship directly to our home. The clerk did all the leg work and all we had to do was pay for it. Thank You Richard!!”

“The staff was amazing on both visits. My first visit I came in after walking thru a random rain storm, I was drenched. They were nice enough to find me some paper towels to pat down my face with while also helping me locate the shorts I thought I was looking for. However, after getting home and trying them on I realized they were not the same style I was looking for. I went back the next day which was a better weather day than the previous to either exchange or return the items. I was greeted by who I believe was the manager who greatly assisted me in understanding the style I was actually looking for which they unfortunately did not have in store. I didn't even have the name of them but somehow from the limited information & description she knew EXACTLY what I was looking for: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand that it's not their job to read minds but greatly appreciated her patience to understand. She even looked them up to see if I could order them, I choose not to but she let me take a picture of the screen so when I got home I would know the exact name if I decided to later. I really do wish they had them in store as I wanted badly to give them the sale because they earned & deserved it. So, if you're looking for quality denim sold by associates that are knowledgeable & understanding I highly recommend. And if you've never been they're definitely worth a visit. Thank You Levis!”

“My parents came home from the outlets talking about an employee at Aeropostale, and after hearing how much she helped them, I felt like I had to leave a review. They told me about Lindsey, the girl with the bright red hair. My parents mainly speak Spanish, and they were struggling to place an order. They said that if Lindsey hadn't been there, they probably would have had to leave without getting what they came for. She spoke to them in Spanish, explained everything, and made them feel comfortable the whole time. My parents couldn't stop talking about how kind and patient she was. They said she never made them feel rushed and was happy to help from start to finish. It meant a lot to me to hear how well my parents were treated. Lindsey made what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one, and I hope she's recognized for the difference she makes. Thank you!”
