“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”

“The Barrington Post Office is the best in the area. Postmaster Yulia and clerks Lisa and Jiovette are outstanding in performing their duties, as expected, with knowledge and customer relations. They are so even tempered with their friendliness, courtesy, and understanding with ALL patrons. They never get rattled with disgruntled customers. I wish there was a method for other postmasters and clerks to watch and learn their methods in fulfilling expected customer relations. I go to this Post Office at least 5 days a week, so I have the opportunity so see their interactions with customers. THE BEST.”

After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.

Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.”

The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.”

I rarely see this kind of diversity out front and I have been to tons of post offices throughout the U.S. I am glad you cjose her to be frint facing. It was a soft spoken, kind yet diffrernt experience. The rest of the staff from the an in the lobby emptying the recycle trash cans to a lobby attendant were al nice. Just wanted to say, I am liking the diversity and mannerisms toward the public.”
