“Highly trusted. I will not let anyone else touch my BMW. It’s been 5 years of complete confidence in their service. The first time I took my car in for service, I explained that I was previously at the BMW Dealership and felt as though I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. Told them I was looking for someone who would treat me fairly and look after my 2013 convertible that I love! I never ended up needing what the dealership said I needed!
Dave is as gracious as can be, Nick always explains what he needs to do and what might need to be done in the future so I am prepared.

“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“I couldn’t be any happier with there customer service and work preformed I bought and had 4 tires installed there was an issue with the tires staying balanced they tried several times but no luck ordered new tires and the same, obviously there was a manufacturing issue then switched brands and no issues at all like I said there customer service was above and beyond great they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the service work.”

“BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I’m 5 months pregnant and have 2 toddlers at home. So when my car battery stopped working this morning it was the last thing I needed to happen. I called around to different shops early in the morning and came across this one. The man who answered the phone was eager to help and told me I can come by right away. Mind you this was like 8 am. I dropped off my car and was told they will look at it today. Later in the day, not only did they figure out the problem, but they got me a new battery and put it in!!! So before they closed my issue was not only diagnosed but also fixed at an extremely good price!!! They went above and beyond what I could’ve asked for and made it possible to me to be able to drive my kids to daycare tomorrow and get to my doctor’s appointment. “I brought my truck to Bill’s Tire Sales today to get a tire patched. The same nice gentleman is always there. I’ve gone to Bill’s a few times over the past couple of years and all the employees are always kind. They patched the tire quickly, put it back on, and even helped put the spare away. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are quick, kind, and honest!”
“Repair work on a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT for a fuel injector issue as well as replaced catalytic’s and a service oil change.
On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.
Again, thank you Tom for your leadership and excellent job in following up and completing things on time.

“I drive 40 miles from Pennsylvania to go to this specific Firestone because I believe that the guy Mike who works there would never try to sell me a service that I don't need. Unfortunately this past week I had to go on a Sunday and of course because Mike wasn't there the man who was there tried to sell me a battery that I didn't need lmao one star removed for the scammer guy but 10/10 for specifically the one guy Mike who is trustworthy there!
Went in just for an oil change because 2 months ago I got the entire car inspected and $1,900 worth of work done. The guy comes in and tells me that there's corrosion on my battery and it's 3 years old so I should get a new one. So I say they said my battery was fine last time I was here and he says but there's a lot of corrosion on it. So without even testing the battery he was trying to make sure I bought one that day, but then he got on the computer and saw that I was just there two months ago and the battery was tested and it was fine. This is why people hate going to get their car fixed, so frustrating!”

“This was my first time going to Kellers Auto !!! First off, great customer service. Called them and they took my car right away. Something has been wrong with my car for over a year now. I’ve been to multiple mechanics trying to get it fixed. NO ONE could figure it out. I’ve spent so much money getting stuff fixed and still having this issue. Well Kellers auto knew what it was right away!! They fixed it so fast too. They even informed me that I needed new spark plugs, which I supposedly got over the summer somewhere else and they never did them!! So thank you so that information. It was a smooth and easy process. I will be going here for now on for sure! Thank you so so so much Brian for everything”
