“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “I was looking for a special dress for my son’s Bar Mitzvah and was prepared to search high and low for just the perfect and hopefully purple dress. From the moment I walked in , I knew I was in good hands, Leslie sized me up immediately and knew ,that as an unconventional woman , i would need the dress to suit my creative personality and style. She pulled , the perfect PURPLE dress for the occasion. I left that day absolutely delighted! When the dress came in weeks later and I was ready for alterations, Hiba made sure the dress fit like a glove. Her warmth and calm made what could have been a stressful experience ( I have a large chest and it’s always a stress to get the right supportive fit) an easy one. Thank you to the Jan’s team! “Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

“This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.”

Except the furniture dept. man referenced below, he's a 0.Staff don't ask to help and almost everything except the furniture, you can grab and go to the register. But if you're looking for something specific, the staff is welcoming and usually found at the register.Noah at the Echelon NJ store is outstanding. He was behind the counter and came out to help me as needed. He kindly wrapped my fragile pieces in paper and nearly set them in the bag.Cleaning staff (black woman) is great and social enough to make you feel seen.DEPARTMENT:Good PICTURE frame options, not great bc of higher prices.CURTAINS- Lots of vast arrays of options, from lace to sheer to patterned. Awesome selection and prices for curtains and blinds.CONS:Furniture Dept. needs much better help. The man( pictured, seated at a desk surrounded by furniture) who didn't acknowledge me or my son on 2 different occasions. Twice I looked around at the many options of sectionals and was never offered a hello or a, can I help you. Some of the ottoman's and other furniture didn't have prices, and I just left.Don't leave your flyer at home because the ones they had were out-dated & you can miss out on coupons.”

“I love the unique clothing at Boscov’s. I travel over an hour to this store. I would’ve given them a 5 star review except for their shift change at 5pm. 2 different associates were asked to check me out and both said they were off the clock yet clearly still straightening up their area. If it weren’t for Andrea, who cheerfully checked us out at 5:08pm, we would’ve had to wait for the night shift workers. I asked if she got over time and she doesn’t. Shame on you Boscov’s you’re better than this!”

“I really like this Jockey store, and the folks working there were super helpful on a visit a few months back. I ended up purchasing some new undergarments, all of which have held up so well so far and are clearly high quality, as well as a casual cotton long-sleeved shirt.I liked it so much that I actually bought it online in two other colors also. For $20, it's super cozy yet presentable, so you can go out in it or sleep in it.Prices are reasonable for the level of quality. I prefer the stuff I bought there better than my existing stash of undergarments, so I'm sure I'll return someday to replenish the stock as needed.”
