“I've been to many Sprint stores in the area and in the city but the way I was assisted at this store surpasses my highest expectations. Even though the store had many customers the wait time was very minimal, and I was professionally promptly greeted. The staff all work in conjuction and help each other making any or all transactions as smooth as possible. Oliver primary rep that helped me and I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything beyond professional. All in all I know many Sprint stores are a drag to visit and usually have poor customer service but this store at the Livingston Mall is truly an A++++ store”
“This place is amazing and I'll tell you why: for someone who is a novice, getting into Hi-Fi can feel incredibly intimidating. But John and Co. make everything feel relaxed and fun. We get Into it to enjoy music right? So John had my girlfriend and I sit with him for over and hour demoing amps and speakers. I ended up buying a Rega Elex MK4 which was a massive upgrade for me and honestly a big investment, but they really did not push me to spend one dollar more than I could afford. While we were there I told him what bookshelf speakers I had and he connected some similarly sized bookshelves with a pair of REL subs and I was just completely enamored with the suddenly gutsy sound. Fast forward a couple of months and I went to buy the REL, which has totally exceeded my expectations. My system is like new and I am enjoying everything in my collection for the first time all over again. John and everyone at Audio Connection: you guys have a customer for life!”

“The Verizon store in Florham Park is a diamond in the rough - it’s great but has everyone noticed?Wins, the store lead, is on top of it from the moment you walk on. I looked online at several places including PC. I decided to use the live chat. Mateo was so helpful, thorough including having me send pictures of the current models and outlets. In all it took a few hours to determine the right model. He was so patient and helpful throughout including providing a detailed quote and installation with haul away. I will always reach out to him moving forward because of how helpful and the time he took to help me find what I thought to be a difficult unit due to the dimensions.”

“A beautiful gift shop/novelty shop also religious artifacts from the catholic church. Handmade ceramics made in Portugal, stemware, cutlery, kitchen linens, kitchen electro domestic appliances for the kitchen. Certain items for the bathroom. Impeccable infants knit clothes shoes, socks. Excellent customer service, your gifts are wrapped, bixes and tissue paper are provided. My mother and I felt like we were in Lisbon or the Azores with lovely friendly vendor.”

“This store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was dealing with a complicated issue with my Internet for business and the customer service people told me to go to the store to swap out a broken router. Tanuj was incredibly helpful in trying to get the new one activated- unfortunately complicated by me not hailing a voice line with them.i don’t know the name of the young man working with him but he was also great, (this was Saturday 2/10). .Tanuj figured out a workaround. Unfortunately- through no fault of his- the new router was also defective. I went back yesterday and was helped by the manager Luis- he ended up having to try a few routers, including getting one from another location.His consideration, helpfulness, and patience are beyond words. As a long time Retail/restaurant worker, I was amazed at how he kept his cool even when dealing with corporate via phone when they just wouldn’t pay attention to what he was trying to explain,The You g man working with him was also amazing. I. Was there for over an hour while Luis figured things out and I witnessed nothing but great customer service the whole time.Bravo, and give all the employees there a raise. They deserve it.”
