“I was at the Rt. 10 location a few weeks ago because I purchased a Canon printer for pick-up. I had a great experience. Bobbie, the sales associate who assisted me, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me navigate some additional purchases and worked to find me the best options for my needs, all while assisting other customers effortlessly. It isn't everyday that one receives excellent customer service. Best Buy should be proud that someone like Bobbie is on their sales floor. I don't leave reviews often, but felt compelled in this instance.”

After several phone calls to Customer Service and a visit to my local store I was still no further in the process. As I was driving home from work I happened to pass the East Hanover location. I decided to take a chance and stopped in. I luckily had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer who was kind and empathetic and understood my frustration. She called Customer Service and after speaking to a few representatives and spending a lengthy time on the call my issue was resolved! Thanks to her professionalism,knowledge and persistence she has gained a loyal customer at this location. Although I live 40 minutes away I will definitely drive the distance for such great service!”

“I got a new 75" tv here. The Samsung 4k UHD. It was $400 cheaper than Bestbuy. Btw BB will be out of business in 3-4 yrs. It was dead. Target employee helped me load the tv and wouldn't take the $20 tip. Getting tv installed today on the wall. Very nice staff; I will return!”

“I received a Email saying that my purchase was ready at the pickup desk and it wasn't. Somewhere in the order process, someone said they did something that they didn't actually do. Not a crisis but a little annoying because I had to wait 20 minutes for a 2 minute pickup. This Target store is usually very precise with their orders.”

“Cell phones are a necessary tool for Yelp reviewers. My ancient iPhone 12 was getting a little long in the tooth so I started searching for Verizon stores near me. The staff at a couple were unhelpful and, sadly, a little pushy. My wife, smarter than I, searched further afield and sent me here. Wow! I was greeted by a tech named Tom. He checked me into their system in about a minute. He made me comfortable working with him because he actually listened to my concerns and needs. After examining my account he recommended a new phone that is the current state of the art ... iPhone 15 Pro ... and a plan that had higher speed and he explained that with a trade in, and a switch to automatic paying with a checking account, my monthly bill would remain the same! There was a minor glitch with the trade in, but Tom went to their help desk while I sat and he cleared everything up. While I waited, he updated the iOS on the new phone and transferred everything perfectly. Tom was amazing. Really. He knows his products. He doesn't sell more than you need, rather he listens and recommends options that he thinks will offer the best value. My experience with him told me there are still people who come to work to do the best job for the customer and properly represent the products his company offers. Quite a rare treat in these me-first days! Great service, amazing sales tech, perfect transaction. Sad I can only assign just 5 stars.”
