“I had my transmission blow out on my way to work one morning and once my insurance company finally towed it to West Deptford (11 hrs later, after they’d closed 😒) I got a call the next morning that they had identified the issue, and provided me a quote for the repair. The price was fair and in line with the market cost for the job. I was given an accurate timeline for the repair and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I called to check in. I needed a full transmission rebuild, and they explained the root cause of the failure, why it needed a replacement and did not try to upsell me on anything other that what I needed to get driving again.

The team was so kind as to pick me up from a rental car agency the day my vehicle was fixed because I wasn’t able to get another ride to the shop.

Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and honest. They understand that auto repair is something that no one plans for and no one is happy about, and displayed a great commitment to the craft and professionalism.”

I say give this family business a try . Zak followed up on my review, called and asked us to come in and talk, wanted to know the problem and explained everything openly and clearly. He actually showed me what I wanted, and I was lookin at the wrong packages for the truck I wanted and would not have been happy if I bought it MY way. We were treated as friends, and actually bought a beautiful truck. I already recommended them to another family member, and they are now my truck guy. They accepted my apology, but now it is public”
