“I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chris at Tarrach’s. I brought my car in to have the air conditioner checked and to investigate a noise coming from the front driver’s side, which may be related to the strut mount. Chris was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly as he worked through what he was experiencing with the car. He was extremely patient with all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and did not try to push any unnecessary repairs or services on me. He gave me an honest and BEYOND-FAIR assessment of the situation, and I was genuinely floored by how pleasant and stress-free the entire experience was. It is not always easy to find a mechanic you feel you can truly trust, but this experience more than guaranteed that I will never take my car anywhere else again. “I can't say enough about the great experience I had purchasing my new Yukon XL from Barlow GMC. Ken Kolansky specifically, handled my purchase from start to finish.
I was in the hospital and Ken worked with me through text to work out every detail of trading in 2 vehicles for a new purchase. He was able to hold the vehicle for me until I was able to make it to the dealership and when all said and done, I only spent a little over an hour at Barlow completing the deal. “I went there to have my daughter's oil changed. There was also a tire maintenance notice on. Geddy was my technician. He was absolutely great, he didn't try to upset anything, changed the oil quickly and fixed the tire maintenance notice. He also reset the oil maintenance notice. If you go to the Woodbury, NJ location ask for Geddy.”

“Yesterday I got back from vacation and my truck battery was dead. My neighbor helped me jump it and I was able to make it to North Evergreen before it died at the intersection. The guys at the shop brought out a jump box and helped me across the street. It was 15 minutes before close and they installed a new battery for me in that time. Lucky I died out front of First Choice Auto Repair & Tire Center. Thanks again.”

“Five stars for Jeff and the crew at Mr. Tire! After being stranded late on July 3rd by a failed roadside assistance call, I managed to get my car to Mr. Tire's lot overnight. I was incredibly grateful to find out they were open from 8 to 5 on the 4th of July.
Jeff was fantastic to work with. He helped me pick out an affordable pair of tires that fit my driving habits perfectly. The price was half of what I expected to pay, and the ride quality is exceptionally smooth and quiet. They finished the job exactly when promised at 11:30 AM, ensuring I didn't miss my flight to go see my granddaughter. Awesome service, honest recommendations, and highly recommended!

“update to my 12/16 review. I WAS WRONG, I was the dummy, and their deal was fair. We think we know their business, we think we know what our stuff is worth, and we dont trust car dealerships. I say give this family business a try .Zak followed up on my review, called and asked us to come in and talk, wanted to know the problem and explained everything openly and clearly. He actually showed me what I wanted, and I was lookin at the wrong packages for the truck I wanted and would not have been happy if I bought it MY way. We were treated as friends, and actually bought a beautiful truck. I already recommended them to another family member, and they are now my truck guy. They accepted my apology, but now it is public”
