“i've been going to this particular jiffy lube for many years and through many cars. i have tried other jiffy lubes but i hated them and worried about the service and the qualify of the work. i drive an old truck, it was a top of the line Cadillac in its day but twenty years later, its just an old GM truck and i appreciate a mechanic that treats it as an old truck. replacing every part in this vehicle will not make it a new truck, it will just bleed me dry. this particular jiffy lube is honest and always has been.”

“This location is absolutely amazing! My tires were wore down to the wires and my front driver side blew out. My son and I were unable to get the lug nuts off to put on my spare. John and a co worker came to my rescue and switched out my tire in my driveway! They followed me back to Midas where I got 3 new tires and alignment at an amazing price. So grateful! ☺️”

“update to my 12/16 review. I WAS WRONG, I was the dummy, and their deal was fair. We think we know their business, we think we know what our stuff is worth, and we dont trust car dealerships. I say give this family business a try .Zak followed up on my review, called and asked us to come in and talk, wanted to know the problem and explained everything openly and clearly. He actually showed me what I wanted, and I was lookin at the wrong packages for the truck I wanted and would not have been happy if I bought it MY way. We were treated as friends, and actually bought a beautiful truck. I already recommended them to another family member, and they are now my truck guy. They accepted my apology, but now it is public”

“I came to Ace for a 100K tune-up, brakes, radiator and oil change service. My first impression was positive. Brian and Mark both present a professional appearance, attitude, and an expert knowledge of my Ford Focus Titanium. I had 0800 appointment. Went to Brian's service desk, where he acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. Before he was finished with another customer, Mark stepped up from a faraway station and said he would help me at his desk instead. Mark advised me on a recall issue, and Brian later sat down with me to walk through the required recall questions, prior to the fix. Brian also identified two minor maintenance issues that I was aware of, so added these items to the work scheduled this morning. The service was thorough. Brian recommended a return appointment for a clutch recall, and to replace a part of the front end bumper aerodynamic undercarriage cover that was loose. Ace has a very clean, open concept waiting area that flows into the show room. This really is like bringing a customer into your home, instead of tucking you away into a windowless, cramped waiting area. Very pleased with the customer service here. Reminds me of the quality at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington, Illinois, where I purchased my vehicle.”
