For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.”

Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. “Good Evening Google Family. I visited today to mail some correspondence. There was one young lady working here and no one was in line. I loved this!!! Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. “Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“I go out of my way to come to this post office. It’s had plenty of parking and if you’re someone like me who is busy and always shipping packages they have a bin you can just place them in. Easy in and out 1,2,3. Also the staff is always friendly and fast. Unlike other post offices, such as Springfield, they are quick with their counter service and packages always start tracking right away.”
“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”

“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”
