My Son made an Appointment at 11 to replace the tires for his car. They kept the car until 7pm and didn't finish it . They told him to come back another day to do the alignment. Very irresponsable and unprofessional.

I went in on the 5th of July, 110 degrees out, I told them I just had 8 teeth pulled, and don't have time for nonsense. They give me a new tire, and out the door in 30 minutes. There were six other people in the waiting room. My kind of people. Caring. That's what matters more than anything. Thank you. I'll be back.

I don’t think people realize how busy this place is and how long it really takes to change tires (especially low profile tires). Just call and ask how long it’s going to take and they will give you a realistic answer - the internet forms can’t predict late deliveries, walk ins, issues, ect..
Anyway - this shop has always helped me out. Never scratched a rim. I show them respect and they show it right back to me. 5 stars from me .

Do NOT bring your car here. In Short:
Told them the light comes on when I drive. They had it for 3 days, and they say my car is fine. Go there to get it, pay $34 for "diagnostics". No more than 5 Minutes later my car died in my work parking lot. I call them back, manager says "stop playing" when I told him my car died (so professional!) and he will call a tow. I wait 2.5 hours. No tow. I call the tow company directly and firestone NEVER CALLED for a tow for me, for my car, nor were there any calls from Firestone.
1-I am POSITIVE they never even looked at my car outside of moving it to the spot it was in. If my car DIED in 5 minutes it would have been OBVIOUS to anyone with a slight knowledge of mechanics there was something wrong. A simple diagnostic test would show my alternator was bad.
2-I dropped it off Saturday being told it would be looked at Sunday, it wasn't looked at until I called on Monday morning, as if they forgot they even had it.
3-Thankfully I was in my work parking lot, otherwise I would have been stranded. And thankfully I was able to bring it to an actual reputable mechanic. Telling someone you would be calling a tow and not doing it IMMEDIATELY, is just poor business practice.
4-I have spoken to a number of people who used to go there, and they all now will not go due to the HORRID experience I had.
If you enjoy having your money stolen by people who won't even look at your car, by all means, go to Firestone. Now I am on day 4 of no car. I just had a heart attack and walking in heat and humidity is out. I also do not have the money to taxi everywhere. And I cannot afford instacart. So I am living on what I can make out of fridge contents. This is incompetent, ignorant, and HORRIBLE customer service. Calling corporate does nothing, either.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. A local place that will take care of your car and not steal from you.
