I want to share my experience with a sales associate named Gerard today. There was an incredibly frustrating issue I was experiencing with trade in value on an old phone that was not being honored by the online sales/customer service team, despite me having a receipt of the transaction & terms. The in-store sales associate, Gerard, was incredibly helpful throughout this process with me. Not only did he handle multiple customers at the same time as all this was unfolding, but his advocacy on my behalf was truly remarkable. After an hour on the phone with a representative I was hung up on. No resolution or explanation as to why they will not honor the trade in value I had documentation for. I walked over to Gerard and told him what happened. Without hesitation Gerard called the customer support line back on my behalf and demanded they rectify this situation with me immediately. His unwavering positive attitude and assurance that he would get this sorted out for me turned what would have been the worst customer service experiences of my life, into an overwhelming positive. It is not an exaggeration to say this associate is the sole reason today I will continue my service with Verizon. I truly hope Gerard’s actions do not go unnoticed, and that he be uplifted as the gold standard of customer service. It is also my hope that management and upper management of this store & region recognize what an incredible asset he is to your business. Thank you again, Gerard!!

I had gone there just to drop my phone but they wasted my one and half hour and they were taking those people who came before me and when they done with others then they still not taking me so i left from over there

Stopped by today because of some internal issues with my new iPhone 15pro. Was immediately dismissed by employees and was told that it was an internal battery issue which is causing the battery to expand and push out the screen and that the warranty does not cover it.
Honestly appeared that they just didn’t feel like doing their job today.
Ended up calling Verizon customer service. Phone call took 5 minutes and they have sent me a replacement device. No point going back there in the future.

I visited the West Long Branch Verizon store to see my options for an upgrade, and Nick helped me. I have to say, Nick was so great, he was so knowledgeable and patient with my concerns about the cost of an upgrade.He keep searching for different options and eventually worked some magic and was able to upgrade my phone at almost no additional cost. If you’re stopping by the West Long Branch Verizon store definitely ask for Nick.

Just had the best customer experience with James at this store today. Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, patient. He went above and beyond to help fix an order that went awry at another store and got us what we needed quickly and even helped us maximize our plans so that we are making the most of the service. What a great guy - he made what could have been a very painful experience easy, and resolved something quickly that could have taken ages. Thank you! Will make this my new main store from now on.

Good place for help with your phone and it is usally a good experience but it can get complicated and don't like to give you any bargains on decent quality and latest models when with cingular and it was later atat and I have been a awesome consumer and I bought many phones and I have been trying to get a upgrade and a discount for the 20 plus yrs of never missed payments only late a week or so and only 2 times and please give me a picture that is reduced to loyal customers ? thanks for the service I have received from the beginning of this service agreement ? ✌️
