Just had the best customer experience with James at this store today. Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, patient. He went above and beyond to help fix an order that went awry at another store and got us what we needed quickly and even helped us maximize our plans so that we are making the most of the service. What a great guy - he made what could have been a very painful experience easy, and resolved something quickly that could have taken ages. Thank you! Will make this my new main store from now on.

Good place for help with your phone and it is usally a good experience but it can get complicated and don't like to give you any bargains on decent quality and latest models when with cingular and it was later atat and I have been a awesome consumer and I bought many phones and I have been trying to get a upgrade and a discount for the 20 plus yrs of never missed payments only late a week or so and only 2 times and please give me a picture that is reduced to loyal customers ? thanks for the service I have received from the beginning of this service agreement ? ✌️

Omg, I went for an upgrade they ending up deleting my son phone number it's 1 week and he has no phone! What a mess go somewhere else! Very unprofessionalIt was a nightmare!

Excellent customer service from James C. He is hands down the biggest asset to the store. Not only does he know what he’s talking about, he actually cares about working to better the customers. He combed through my plan and saved me money on my monthly bill. James informed me of better plans to service my wife and I. He walked me through everything I asked and was very patient. James can single handedly assist ANYONE who walks through the door. James will do very big things for this store. Any of my Verizon needs will be handled through James from now on. 10/10 service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ask for James he looked through my account and asked all the right questions to provide me with the best services and saved me money of “stuff” that I do not use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for James when you walking into the store.!! ? ? ✊? As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped me right away. This experience was night and day from my experience at the Verizon Hazlet store. If I need to go to a Verizon store again, it will be this one.

The employees at this store do not know what they are doing. Do NOT go here. I was trying to buy my husband an Apple Watch ($800 worth of business). I went in at 9am and had forgotten my license so they required that I go get another form of ID. One hour later I returned with the ID and they said OPPS looks like you are not authorized in the account. Sorry. You need to have your husband put your name on it. 2 things. One I was trying to surprise my husband with a birthday gift & two that I wasn't on the account would have been good to know before I drove 1 hour to get ID.

the manager of this store on 09/24 was very prejudiced with the agent saying that he does not accept any type of passport with photo. said i need a us id if the passport is an id valid worldwide.

My Iphone's sim card crapped out while I was in Boston. I had no cell service for 2 days and went to to 3 other verizon stores who all attempted to fix it and then try to sell me on an upgrade. After several hours and attempts, I had given up all hope. I decided to try once more at the West Long Branch Verizon store. Cody was assigned to take a look and within 15 minutes he fixed my phone and didn't try to upsell me at all. Thank you Cody! He was an absolute beast and I cannot recommend this Verizon location and their team enough!!
