To get there, go to the KPMG building, check at the front desk, take the elevator on the right side to the 3rd floor. When you exit the elevator on the third floor, walk left. There will quickly be a small hallway on your right side. The office is the first door in the hallway.”

“Saved me hundreds of dollars! Macbook pro M3 I had an incredible experience with PCHelp NY! I originally took my computer to the Apple Store, and they wanted to charge me $900 because of liquid damage. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to David. David fixed my laptop perfectly and for a fraction of what Apple wanted to charge me! He is super honest, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. If you’re facing a crazy repair bill from Apple, definitely bring it to David first. Highly recommended!”

“Amazing customer service and a perfect repair! ? I accidentally cracked my MacBook screen and was in a panic trying to get it fixed before a trip. I reached out to inquire about a replacement, and they kindly walked me through providing some information about the machine before I came in. They confirmed they had a replacement screen available, explained the cost upfront, and even stayed open a little later so I could come in that same afternoon and get the process started. The repair was completed so quickly, I could hardly believe it. Incredible service at a fair price. Hopefully I won’t need another screen replacement anytime soon, but if I do, I already know where I’ll go. Thank you again! ?”
