Not only were the staff incredibly helpful but it took no more then an hour to half an hour.Fully expecting the price to be well over $200 to fix it, but it was only $85. I will be coming here and only here from now on, this shop has absolutely gained a new customer!”

“I had an excellent experience with Xcubicle! I brought my Xbox in because it was overheating, and they did a fantastic job getting it back to peak performance. They repaired the fan, did a deep internal cleaning to get rid of all the dust, and replaced the thermal paste on the motherboard to keep the heat down.
The service was top-notch, the turnaround time was great, and the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work they did. Zero complaints here—just a very good job, well done. If your console needs some love, I highly recommend Xcubicle!

“I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure my computer was fixed and didn’t break down on me… and it hasn’t! I brought my laptop here at the end of December 2025 because I dropped my laptop and couldn’t turn it on. I was skeptical about coming here, but had no choice because I needed my computer for school, and it was cheaper than purchasing a new one.They fixed it in time before the start of the school semester in January. It’s now almost May, and it’s working just fine, as my laptop was never damaged. If you are having computer issues, I recommend you come here - I’m happy I did!”

“Edit:Technetron rectified the situation and informed me about the massive delays with NAD and several other manufacturers. I tried to get in touch with NAD myself and found them to be entirely useless. Technetron helped provide me with a brand new unit so I am satisfied with the outcome despite the delays out of their control.Original:I dropped off my NAD integrated amp here for repair 6 months ago. I've been calling them biweekly for updates and they always tell me that the issue is with NAD parts being on backorder (which might be valid). They say that they will reach out to NAD and the original retailer and ask them to get me a replacement unit in the mean time. The problem is, they never actually seem to do that and never follow up with me. I've been told probably about 10 times that they'll call me back in a couple days and that hasn't happened once. I'm starting to lose my patience as they hold my very expensive unit hostage and it doesn't seem like they are making any progress. I called them again today, they promised a call back at 5:30 because their computers were down, and alas, no call back.”
