One day when preparing to make the new upgrade, my MacBook shut down. It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD! YAAAALL, this place is magical! KEVIN kindly listened to all of my concerns and told me immediately a reasonable estimate. I did data recovery and got a new battery for around $500. “Ben is the Manager. Sits right by the window. Knowledgeable, confident and goes extra mile. Before we bought the phone my wife (att at that point) had iPhone issues before jumping on a plane. She stopped by and Ben spent time fixing it with a three finger special restart swipe. Didn’t have time to change to Verizon.After about 6 months we stopped by given promotion from Verizon. He gave us red carpet service. “I am forever grateful to Ernesto. I brought in a 30 year old Yamaha DSP amp which was shutting off anytime I tried to play a movie or music, basically any component that was connected to the amp. When Ernesto tested the amp he discovered there was nothing wrong with the ano and it did not need fixing. “Best computer service and repair I've experienced in 25 years! iStore by St Moritz responded immediately to my inquiry, and quickly resolved an issue that Apple had been unwilling//unable to be clear about, even under applecare: a painfully super slow 2019 iMac. iStore explained the real problem and how they proposed to resolve it. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great if you are a small//medium (or large!) The elegant young man showed me how the phone was bowed; slightly bent lengthwise -- probably from sitting with out on my back pocket.I was happy to avoid the almost $500 cost of replacing the phone; the only choice that the T- Mobile store offered (after a long ad pretty dismissive wait to answer my questions)But the next day, after running morning errands, the same problem returned.
