“I went into the metro store ealier today in west ny nj having issues using my new LG phone. The store was very busy and seemed short staffed however after a few short minutes a associate by the name of Keyla, had introduced herself. She walked me through using my new phone as I am not good with new devices; I had got my phone online a few days prior. I had not setup my phone correctly. She went above and beyond with restarting my device and made sure I was confident once the backup from my old phone was complete that I felt comfortable using the new device. Excellent service even under high demand as I came walked into the store.”
