Called prior to visiting the store, Benny whom was friendly, professional, personable confirmed the store had the phone, in the color I wanted. When I arrived to this amazing store location. All of the employees were friendly, smiling, they greeted customers, and they all enjoyed assisting each customer they were helping with phones or accessories. The store was very crowded which to me was a good sign the store was popular. My representative was Luis, and I must say this young man was super fantastic. Went over everything with my upgrade. Luis got the phone I wanted, merged all of my information into my new device. The level of professionalism, and care that Luis exemplified made me feel as if I was buying a Mercedes from a luxury car dealer. Even though I was getting an iPhone, the service was on the level of buying a luxury car, and ensuring the customer understood how to work all the new features, etc. I can not thank this store enough for the wonderful service.
