The star deduction in this review is for the sorry state of the office, and if not for Norma there would be zero stars. The poor ladies working hard there have to deal with 1. no receptionist 2. overcrowding waiting room, 3. no signage to get you to the office, 4. dirty conditions. QUEST- sort your offices out, this is a medical facility not a Wendys.”
