In my case they had to draw a lot of blood, and the staff (Noemi) made sure I stayed hydrated by providing me with water. I was even asked to wait a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problems that may entail drawing a large amount of blood for analysis. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. The best labcorp in New York./Excellent costumer service. I was attended by Noemi, I didn't have to wait at all for them to call me and prepare me. In my case, they had to draw a lot of blood, Noemi made sure that I stayed hydrated by giving me water. They even asked me to stay for a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problem that comes when there's a large amount of blood being drawn. All of them were warm, professional and kind. “I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to share a positive experience with the W 17th St Labcorp. I have a fear of needles, I detest getting my blood drawn, I'm extremely squeamish and have never once had a good experience getting labs done, but the person who drew my blood today was gentle and efficient. I walked in without an appointment at 11:40am and was out before noon. They found my vein straight away, and the phlebotomist was patient and understanding about my fear of needles. The facility was clean and I would definitely come back here for future bloodwork. I didn't get the name of the person who saw me but I'm very grateful for such a quick and painless process, thank you!”

“I normally get pretty dizzy if I do a lot of blood work, but this is the first time having such a easy recovery. I got ice water, ice pack for my neck, wet paper towel for my head with in seconds. This prevented me from fully whiting out. I’m so grateful! My normal blood work place just leaves me to sit alone until I wake back up.”

“I live on the upper West side but this was the area I chose to go to because I could just take the 96 street crosstown bus and then walk a few blocks down. The place is very small but I got there about a half hour too early and this lovely technician took my information before I even had a chance to check in with the kiosk and then took me immediately after and the whole thing took about 10 minutes and then I was out, so it went really really well and she was very pleasant. The place could use a little spritzing up and look a little more cheerful is all really I have to say as far as improvements because the place is very small so if there are a lot of people, you might want to choose to wait outside.”

“My experience with Dr. Werner and the entire staff was EXCELLENT!!. Everyone was very knowledgeable without making you feel intimidated. They took the time to explain everything and made sure that what we discussed was understood, they made sure I was comfortable with the testing, procedures and the treatment we decided on. I say we because they dont force any one option, they make sure you are informed and educated about all options to best help you. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. Maze laboratories definitely makes an awkward, stressful and overwhelming situation much easier to talk about and understand.”
